All refuse collection will be one day later than the regular schedule. Monday routes will be collected on Tuesday, Tuesday routes will be collected on Wednesday, etc.
There will be regular trash/recycling/organics collection on Christmas Eve (December 24) and New Year’s Eve (December 31).

Bulk Waste Pickup Calendar 2024
Bulky items collection is available to both Residential and Commercial customers. Each residential unit is allocated up to three free bulk item pick-ups a year and up to five items per pick-up. A fee may be assessed depending on the bulk or weight of the items.
Once items have been placed on the curbside or in the alley, please call customer service at (866) 311-7266, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. to arrange for pick-up.

Have bulky items the city won’t pick up? You need a junk removal service.
If you have large items that the city won’t take from you, you may need to hire a junk removal service.
Junk removal services are not be as picky about the items they’re collecting so if the city won’t take the item, this may be your best bet. There’s usually a fee involved with junk removal but most companies can tell you ahead of time approximately what it’s going to cost.
