- Schedule a bulky item appointment by calling the City of Riverside at (951) 826-5311:
- On the day of your bulky appointment, please make sure your items are curbside by 5:30 am.
- The total items collected per bulky item appointment is limited to five (5) items two (2) times per year.
- Drop off at Agua Mansa Transfer Station located at 1830 Agua Mansa Road, M-F 7 am-6 pm, Sat. 7 am-4:30 pm, Sun. 8 am-3 pm. Closed on Holidays.
- Drop off at a Clean Up Riverside event.

Have bulky items the city won’t pick up? You need a junk removal service.
If you have large items that the city won’t take from you, you may need to hire a junk removal service.
Junk removal services are not be as picky about the items they’re collecting so if the city won’t take the item, this may be your best bet. There’s usually a fee involved with junk removal but most companies can tell you ahead of time approximately what it’s going to cost.
