- President’s Day – February 20 – collection days will be 21st-25th (Tues-Sat)
- Patriots Day – April 17 – collection days will be 18th-22nd (Tues-Sat)
- Memorial Day – May 29 – collection days will be 30th-3rd (Tues-Sat)
- Independence Day – July 4 – collection days will be 3rd, 5th-8th (Mon, Wed-Sat)
- Labor Day – September 4 – collection days will be 5th-9th (Tues-Sat)
- Columbus Day – October 9 – collection days will be 10th-14th (Tues-Sat)
- Thanksgiving Day – November 23 – collection days will resume 24th-25th (Fri-Sat)

Acceptable Items for Bulk Pickup
Large items that do not fit in a barrel, such as washers, dryers, toilets, sinks, sofas, rugs, computers, etc.
Household Items Discarded furniture, hot-water tanks, refrigerators, other household appliances and large items not exceeding 4’x4’x10’.
Unacceptable Items for Bulk Pickup
Ammunition, Hazardous waste, construction and demolition debris, motorized vehicles and parts, etc.
Have bulky items the city won’t pick up? You need a junk removal service.
If you have large items that the city won’t take from you, you may need to hire a junk removal service.
Junk removal services are not be as picky about the items they’re collecting so if the city won’t take the item, this may be your best bet. There’s usually a fee involved with junk removal but most companies can tell you ahead of time approximately what it’s going to cost.
