Trash Pick Up Holidays

Regular solid waste pickup on all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas 2024.

- Regular Thursday pick-up will be on Friday, November 24th
- Regular Friday pick-up will be on Saturday, November 25th.
- Christmas Day, Monday, December 25th
- Regular Monday pick-up will be on Tuesday, December 26th
- Regular Tuesday pick-up will be on Wednesday, December 27th
- Regular Wednesday pick-up will be on Thursday, December 28th
- Regular Thursday pick-up will be on Friday, December 29th

Bulk Waste Pickup Calendar 2024
Occasionally, you may have a large item that does not fit into your roll cart. Large items can be placed beside your roll cart (3 feet away) on your scheduled collection day.
Garbage collection personnel will notify the City that a large item needs to be picked up from your address. The large item will be removed usually within one or two business days.

Have bulky items the city won’t pick up? You need a junk removal service.
If you have large items that the city won’t take from you, you may need to hire a junk removal service.
Junk removal services are not be as picky about the items they’re collecting so if the city won’t take the item, this may be your best bet. There’s usually a fee involved with junk removal but most companies can tell you ahead of time approximately what it’s going to cost.

What time does trash collection start?
Carts must be placed curbside by 7:30 AM on your scheduled collection day with cart handles facing your home and lid closed. After pickup, carts must be removed from the curb by sunrise the following day per City Code.
