Bulk Waste Pickup Calendar 2024
Bulk items will be collected Wednesdays with the purchase of a pick-up ticket. The Town has a new Special Collections/Bulk Pick-Up form that can be printed and mailed, dropped off at the drive-thru during business hours, or deposited in the night drop box located on the Second Street side of the Town Office, along with the payment of $5 per item.

If you have large items that the city won’t take from you, you may need to hire a junk removal service.
Junk removal services are not be as picky about the items they’re collecting so if the city won’t take the item, this may be your best bet. There’s usually a fee involved with junk removal but most companies can tell you ahead of time approximately what it’s going to cost.

Recycle as much as you can. The county’s Holly Road site and the recycling bins behind the YMCA/Goodwill at the Denton Plaza accept glass, paper, cardboard, metal cans, etc. Please utilize this free drop-off center.
