If your regularly scheduled service day falls on one of the holidays listed above or a subsequent day of the same week, your revised service will occur on the day following your regularly scheduled service. For example (using the Thanksgiving Day Holiday): If your regularly scheduled service day is Thursday (November 24th), your revised service day will be on Friday (November 25th), and customers with regularly scheduled service on Friday will have service on Saturday.

Acceptable Items for Bulk Pickup
- Limited to 2 (two) items per week.
- Items that are larger than 3-feet in dimension, and/or heavier than 50 pounds, and/or otherwise will not fit within an the household trash cart.
Unacceptable Items for Bulk Pickup
Refrigerators and air conditioners that contain or contained freon or other refrigerants cannot be accepted.

If you have large items that the city won’t take from you, you may need to hire a junk removal service.
Junk removal services are not be as picky about the items they’re collecting so if the city won’t take the item, this may be your best bet. There’s usually a fee involved with junk removal but most companies can tell you ahead of time approximately what it’s going to cost.
